The Wind Ensemble is a 2-credit, auditioned ensemble open to all UVA students in both the Fall and Spring semesters.  The Wind Ensemble is a 50-member ensemble that features some of the most outstanding brass, woodwind, and percussion players at the University. The group performs new literature as well as the masterworks of the wind band. The Wind Ensemble also works with outstanding guest performers.
